in colour all over with a light coating of saliva. There should be no
indentations, discolourations, spots, marks or sensitive points. The

feel cold easily, always need warmth, pale complexion, back pain, tendency
to panic, emotionally low, potentially impotent, infertile.
red surface with cracks, little or no coating =
prone to hot flushes, sweats at night, insomnia, irritable, ringing in
ears, irregular menstrual cycle.
pale surface, little or no coating = dizziness,
fatigue, palpitations, poor memory, insomnia, irregular periods.
