By analysing your tongue you can learn a lot about your body. Providing you are not suffering any serious condition, you can also learn how to eliminate such ailments as your lethargy and sluggishness by changing your diet.

A normal tongue is one that is neither too thick nor thin. It is pink in colour all over with a light coating of saliva. There should be no indentations, discolourations, spots, marks or sensitive points. The texture should be smooth and fleshy and it should also be able to move freely.
